Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Samurai Reflexes ("the App"), developed by theappary.com ("we", "us", or "our"), handles information when you use our iOS application. We are committed to protecting your privacy.
Information We Collect
Samurai Reflexes is designed with privacy in mind. The App does not require user accounts, registration, or login. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information such as your name, email address, or contact details.
The App does not collect gameplay data, reaction times, scores, or any other user-generated content on our servers. All game data remains on your device.
In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Samurai Reflexes offers optional in-app purchases, including a monthly auto-renewable subscription and a lifetime purchase ("Samurai Reflexes Flash Pro"). All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information.
To manage your subscription entitlements and restore purchases, the App uses RevenueCat, a third-party subscription management service. RevenueCat may process a pseudonymous user identifier and your purchase receipt to verify entitlements. No personally identifiable information is shared with RevenueCat. RevenueCat's data practices are governed by the RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
Purchase history and subscription status are managed by Apple and accessible through your Apple ID. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device.
Advertising
Samurai Reflexes displays interstitial advertisements between matches using Google AdMob. Ads are not shown to users with an active Samurai Reflexes Flash Pro subscription. Google AdMob may collect certain device information and use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads. This may include:
- Device identifiers (such as advertising ID)
- IP address
- General location information (country/region level)
- Device type and operating system version
- App usage data related to ad interactions
Google AdMob's data practices are governed by Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device's privacy settings under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Third-Party Services
The App integrates the following third-party services:
- Apple App Store / StoreKit - For processing in-app purchases and subscriptions.
- RevenueCat - For subscription management and entitlement verification. See RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
- Google AdMob - For displaying advertisements to non-Pro users. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) - For managing user consent for ads in applicable regions.
Children's Privacy
Samurai Reflexes is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a third-party service integrated in the App, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Data Retention and Deletion
The App does not collect or store personal data on our servers. Game progress and settings are stored locally on your device and can be removed by uninstalling the App. Purchase receipts and subscription status are retained by Apple in accordance with Apple's data policies.
