Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Samurai Reflexes ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any iOS device that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
User Conduct
When using the App, you agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or networks
Intellectual Property
All content, graphics, pixel art, sound effects, game mechanics, and other materials in the App are owned by theappary.com and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content in the App without our express written permission.
Advertisements
The App displays third-party advertisements through Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or opinions expressed in third-party advertisements. Your interaction with any advertiser is solely between you and that advertiser.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, theappary.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
