Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Samurai Reflexes ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any iOS device that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
In-App Purchases
The App offers optional in-app purchases, including a monthly auto-renewable subscription and a one-time lifetime purchase ("Samurai Reflexes Flash Pro"). All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms.
Subscription Terms
- Billing: The monthly subscription is billed to your Apple ID at the price displayed at the time of purchase. Pricing may vary by region.
- Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Renewal charges: Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by going to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain Pro access until that date.
- No refunds: Unused portions of a subscription period are not refundable upon cancellation. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.
Lifetime Purchase
The lifetime purchase grants permanent Pro access for a one-time payment. It is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device signed in to the same Apple ID using the "Restore Purchases" option in the App.
Free Trials
If a free trial is offered, it begins immediately upon subscription and converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand. You will not be charged during the free trial.
What Pro Includes
An active Samurai Reflexes Flash Pro subscription or lifetime purchase removes all advertisements from the App. Features and benefits of Pro are subject to change; we will not materially reduce the core benefit (ad removal) without notice.
Restore Purchases
If you reinstall the App or switch devices, you can restore your Pro access at no charge using the "Restore" button in the paywall, provided you are signed in to the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
User Conduct
When using the App, you agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or networks
Intellectual Property
All content, graphics, pixel art, sound effects, game mechanics, and other materials in the App are owned by theappary.com and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content in the App without our express written permission.
Advertisements
The App displays third-party advertisements through Google AdMob for users without an active Pro subscription. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or opinions expressed in third-party advertisements.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, theappary.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Active subscriptions will continue until the end of the current billing period; refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
